She says in the video “nobody came to my aid.” What do you expect someone to run to you and be like OH HAI I JUST SO HAPPEN TO HAVE YOUR SIZE IN CLOTHES SO YOU CAN CHANGE!!! You work at the mall lady do you not know the fountain is there??? It doesn’t even look like anyone was around.
She states in the interview “I will admit the video is kind of funny”. That is an understatement it is hilarious!! First off if you are texting and walk into a fountain you deserve to have your video go viral! Now you want to sue the mall who you work for letting this video go out. I guarantee if a man fell in the fountain and started whining about how the video hurt his feelings and he is suing a lawyer would not take it seriously or the case.
She said it correctly in the video “do not text and walk, you could walk into a bus or anything.” LOL thanks for the advice! I think 7 year olds learned that lesson a long time ago right after look both ways before you cross the street.
Hahaha... I saw this yesterday on he news. I couldn't believe she is suing. It's stupid. It's her own stupid fault. How could she not see the big water fountain in front of her? I hope she loses her case.
