Synopsis: A ballet dancer wins the lead in "Swan Lake" and is perfect for the role of the delicate White Swan - Princess Odette - but slowly loses her mind as she becomes more and more like Odile, the Black Swan.
This movie has it all. It features Mila Kunis and of course the lovely Natalie Portman. The soundtrack and cinematography are amazing in this movie. To say it simply, it is all brilliantly done. Natalie Portman did have a stunt double to do her ballet but she did do 85% of her ballet which is awesome. The makeup as you can see from the picture is very well done. It has its creepy moments which really draw you into the movie waiting to see what will happen next.
Overall I rate this movie 5 out of 5 stars. You just gotta see it. There really isn’t enough good things to say about it. The movie goes fast and its all just very well done. Natalie Portman definitely deserved her Oscars. Tell me what you think please!

ReplyDeleteOh God this movie was disturbing and downright aweful! Obviously any movie you watch is going to strike audiences differently and i so happen to be one with an opposing view on this particular film. I mean the story line is good but the depiction was gahh aweful! The only reason I finished watching the movie was because i was intruiged with how disturbing it was. One of those things you want to ur avert your eyes away from but due to sick interest, cant.
