Well you get the jailbreak store where you can get alot of free ringtones. There are alot of jailbreaking apps that help make the phone better that Apple has yet to embed in their operating system. My personal favorite is the quickreply messaging. It is very convenient to be able to reply to a text message no matter what app or even from the lock screen. Also you can put hacked apps/games on it too.
