Oh Lookie! AT&T Has Some New Features

Remember when a little birdie told you how the Iphone coming to Verizon would help the consumers out a lot on AT&T?  Well I didn’t get the pricing scheme right but at least I got the competition part right.
Starting earlier this week AT&T announced anyone with 39.99 or more plan qualifies for $20 dollars unlimited texting with unlimited mobile to mobile which  most people already have unlimited texting.  They aren’t just going to automatically change your feature to this so go onto the website and change it or call them to get this awesome new feature.  Read about it here.
Secondly last week they offered to their loyal Iphone customers 20% off accessories.  Now this week if you text “yes” to 11113020 they will give you 1000 rollover minutes.  Thanks AT&T!! Read more about this here.




This is a picture of AT&T’s coverage map of 3G I believe.  They worked hard on getting back up to speed.  It should have been done a lot faster to keep up with Verizon but at least they finally paid attention to the customers.  As I am a little biased being on AT&T for 8 years, I am not a Verizon hater.  Did I think about switching to Verizon a year ago when their 3G map coverage was way better? Of course.  I go where the best deal and best plans are.  AT&T’s iphone plan is like $5 dollars cheaper a month than Verizon’s and you get rollover and now unlimited mobile to any mobile.  I am simply writing this article to share my knowledge with others.
Is Verizon’s phone quality better? Reviews say yes and its not because of the phone its because of the CDMA network that Verizon uses is better.  Can they talk and use the web at the same time? No so it’s a toss up on which you like more.  I always tell people sometimes the dropped calls which rarely happen to me come in handy.  It’s a great way to end a conversation with someone when you don’t want to talk to them.  Just say damn ATT dropped calls when you really just hung up the phone yourself.  Try it out!
OK time to wrap up this article.  Future thoughts for AT&T please give us unlimited data back!!  They claim only 5% of its users go over the 2GB they offer as their biggest package so then why is it so hard to give it back for $30.  Although I hardly use 1GB because I don’t stream a lot but I know I could if I tried.  I could go on and on just ask my friends.  Tell me your thoughts and your desires(that have to do with the topic in hand )
