Synopsis: Smith's everyday life in the dorm - hanging out with his arty, sarcastic best friend Stella, hooking up with a beautiful free spirit named London, lusting for his gorgeous but dim surfer roommate Thor - all gets turned upside-down after one fateful, terrifying night.
I purposely look for weird movies like this to share with the interweb world and let you all know if it is worth watching or not. It first caught my eye because it has Thomas Dekker from Sarah Connor Chronicles which I am still upset it was cancelled. Damn you Fox!!! Rather than that it has no big actors in it or at least any I recognized.
Let me tell you this movie is definitely worth watching. It has sex, drugs and some good rock and roll in it. I especially liked the credits at the end playing Placebo. The movie mixes in a nice sci fi mystery story that reminded me a lot in its weirdness and bizarre storyline of Twin Peaks and other Lynch films. It all comes together in the end and has some twists.
All in all I rate this movie 4 out of 5. I love the differentness of it and lets face it, it isn’t a remake at all. Its all an original storyline which the movies tend to lack nowadays. Check it out and let me know what you think!
