Music Review: Hollywood Undead-American Tragedy 2011

For those of you who don’t know who this band, let me tell you.  You obviously don’t listen to lazer because they play them all the time.  This band was the #1 unsigned artist on myspace back when myspace was popular.  They finally got signed and blew up.  They are basically rap/rock/pop all mixed in one but you won’t hear them too much on the pop radio because they love to swear all the time.
This is basically their second album.  Their first album was Swan Song and then they had a B sides album which also had lots of good songs.  Their first single off this cd was “Been to Hell” which definitely gets you pumped for the cd.  Second single they released was “Comin In Hot” which has a really good pop chorus.  Another good song I loved off the cd is Gangsta Sexy and in the chorus Charlie Scene sings and it almost sounds very Justin Timberlake-like.  The single Comin In Hot is found below…check it out!!

I rate this cd 4 out of 5.  I love rock and metal.  I also enjoy rap and mixed together just right is very tricky to do.  Many fail but Hollywood Undead is one of the talented bands that pull it off.  I enjoyed every track off this cd.  There really isn’t a bad track on it. I definitely recommend checking this album out.
